This policy explains how Be The Mogger ("we", "us"), an online store based in Belgium, collects and uses your personal data when you visit our store or buy from us. We are the data controller of your personal data. Contact: 3dmarl0nn@gmail.com.

Data we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery and billing address.
  • Order details: the products you buy, order amount and order history.
  • Payment details: handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Messages: what you send us by email.

Why we use your data

  • To process, produce and deliver your order, and to handle returns (performance of the contract).
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support (performance of the contract and legitimate interest).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest).
  • To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules (legal obligation).
  • To send you news and offers, only if you agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email (consent).

Who we share your data with

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments through Shopify Payments.
  • Payment providers you choose at checkout, such as Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Printful, our print-on-demand partner, which produces and ships your order.
  • Shipping carriers, which deliver your parcel.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States or Canada. In that case, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep your data

We keep order data for as long as required by Belgian accounting and tax law (generally 7 to 10 years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies needed to run the store and the checkout, and, with your consent where required, cookies for statistics and marketing. You can manage your choices in the cookie banner and in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Children

Our store is not intended for children under 16. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
