2. Products

Our products are printed on demand by our production partner after you order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real product.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (or in your local currency where available) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is free. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. You are charged when you place your order.

4. Your order

The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product becomes unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error.

5. Delivery

Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Details are in our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers in the European Union benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is defective or does not match its description, contact us.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, characters, images and texts on this store belong to Be The Mogger and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by events outside our control, such as carrier delays. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. In case of a problem, contact us first: we will try to find a solution together.
